Who you are
- 2+ years experience working in a high performing environment (Startups, consulting, Finance, or similar)
- Exceptional Problem solving skills with a proven ability to effectively tackle complex problems with innovative solutions and a results driven mindset
- Proven ability to work with and source your own data, experience with SQL and Python is preferred
- Comfortable with ambiguity and someone that thrives in chaotic, evolving situations
- Bachelor Degree in a STEM field from a reputable university

- In this role, you will work closely with our founders and leadership to address the company’s most critical challenges. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a wide range of areas—from shaping strategy to optimising team performance—as we redefine how the world thinks about money
- This is a fast-paced role with a high level of responsibility and ownership. We’re seeking a proactive problem-solver who thrives on making things happen, is driven, and ready to create meaningful impact—everything else can be learned
- Partner with Founders: Act as an extension of our founders, especially our COO & CEO, working across the organisation to drive Argent’s success by enabling effective decision-making and prioritising high-impact opportunities
- Lead Cross-Functional Projects: Take ownership of projects across the organisation, managing them from concept through execution to successful completion
- Optimise Operations: Analyse and improve processes to enhance efficiency, scalability, and team productivity across all functions at Argent
- Prepare Strategic Communications: Create investor updates, board presentations, and materials for internal and external events to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
- Problem-Solve Proactively: Step in wherever needed to address urgent challenges, solve problems, and support critical business operations
- Drive Team Development: Foster continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and performance improvement across the team to support long-term growth and success

Our take
The public popularity of cryptocurrency is increasing, but the level of sophistication required is holding back mainstream adoption, and concepts like seed phrases and cold wallets have meant crypto has stayed mainly within technology-savvy communities. To open the space up to more users, Argent have created a smart wallet which feels more like logging into your bank account, where people can buy, earn, stake, and trade on Ethereum Layer 2.
Argent's pull is in its consumer-friendly, non-intimidating approach. It boasts low fees, high speeds, and quality security, alongside all the functions of saving, sending, borrowing, earning interest, and investing. Additionally, users can assign Argent Guardians in the form of trusted persons, third-party services, or hardware wallets, that can approve account recovery or untrusted transactions, but do not have access to their assets, instead of having to remember a key.
With the underlying wallet infrastructure in place, Argent has plans to build a Super App combining numerous DeFi and Web 3.0 features including virtual real estate, gaming, and NFTs. The company has seen growing demand from Latin America, and will begin expansion into the region with entry into Mexico.
