Who you are
- Prior professional experience in Human Resources
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Now is an exciting time to be part of Unanet’s Human Resources Team
- During your Returnship you will have an opportunity to work with experienced HR professionals and assist with a variety of initiatives focused on enhancing the end-to-end employee experience, including onboarding, employee engagement, employee development, benefits/wellness, compliance, and people analytics
- Assist with onboarding new employees into Unanet, ensuring all necessary forms and documents are completed and returned
- Work collaboratively with our HR team to ensure an outstanding employee experience through the employee journey
- File documents into appropriate employee files, including leveraging Unanet's HRIS, Paylocity
- Support programs involving employee experience, virtual events, community relations, engagement, and recognition
- Assist in coordination of all employment verifications, mandated training, and new hire requests
- Assist in managing communications and communication strategy for Unanet HR as well as engagement initiatives
- Champion a successful remote-first work culture and demonstrate effective remote collaboration abilities yourself
- Complete ad-hoc projects, as assigned
