Role
Who you are
- 8+ years experience, ideally supporting a senior / C-suite executive at a large company
- Proficient in MS Office Suite; familiarity with gSuite, Slack, Workday, or Expensify is advantageous but not required
- Excellent writing, communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills to execute multitasking in a fast-paced deadline oriented environment
- Ability to take initiative and ownership over sometimes ambiguous tasks
- Hands on experience handling tight deadlines, last-minute changes and ability to pivot quickly
- Problem-solving skills and high attention to detail
- Team player Handle confidential information with integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or equivalent experience
What the job involves
- Pinterest is hiring a seasoned Executive Administration Business Partner for the Office of the CEO. We're a team of collaborative, dynamic, and high-performing individuals who are passionate about our mission.
- This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable experience at the highest level, working alongside the Chief of Staff and the Office of the CEO team to make a real impact. This role is for a highly organized, proactive individual with a passion for supporting others
- Seamlessly manage calendars for individuals on the Executive Team on a floating basis, and for the Chief of Staff to the CEO
- Align with executives on scheduling needs, proactively schedule large and complex meetings, and update meeting cadences to reflect business priorities
- Demonstrate utmost professionalism
- Support executive in preparation of team meetings, including preparation of meeting content, capture action items and circulate meeting notes
- Support in planning and executing a variety of internal and external events, offsites, and meetings, ensuring smooth logistics and a positive experience for attendees
- Manage reconciliation of expenses for the executive supported
- Assist in coordination of domestic and international travel with attention to detail, including booking flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries
- Serve as a point of contact for corporate visits, welcoming external clients, partners, and candidates
- Act as on-the-ground local support & logistics management in collaboration with Workplace/IT teams
