Role
Who you are
- 6+ years of experience in People Operations, Talent Coordination, or Recruiting—ideally at a fast-paced SaaS company
- A proactive, ownership-oriented approach—you can run a process from start to finish
- Strong attention to detail, especially when managing many moving parts and tight timelines
- Great communication skills—you know how to make candidates feel cared for and hiring managers feel supported
- Familiarity with tools like Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS platforms
- A passion for building systems and processes that scale
- Experience supporting both GTM and technical teams is a plus
- Comfort working in-person with a cross-functional team (NYC or DC preferred)
What the job involves
- A Talent Acquisition Lead to take ownership of recruiting operations and people processes during a high-growth phase
- This person will work closely with hiring managers across departments—especially Sales, Product, and Operations—to help hit headcount targets, improve candidate experience, and put in place scalable people frameworks
- You’ll lead end-to-end recruiting, from workforce planning, sourcing strategy, and interview design to offer execution and onboarding
- You’ll define hiring criteria, build and standardize interview processes, and coach hiring managers on running consistent, fair, and effective interviews
- In addition, you’ll design and implement scalable onboarding and performance-support frameworks that enable teams to ramp quickly as we grow
- This is a highly cross-functional, high-impact role for a senior operator who thrives in ambiguity, is comfortable owning both strategy and execution, and is excited to help shape the future of our team and talent infrastructure
- Own day-to-day recruiting operations: manage scheduling, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Partner with hiring managers to build role profiles, scorecards, and interview plans that reflect business needs
- Run outbound sourcing campaigns for priority roles across GTM, ops, and product teams
- Track hiring progress against headcount targets and report weekly metrics to leadership
- Build and maintain a high-touch candidate experience across all roles and stages
- Implement basic onboarding processes that give new hires a consistent and clear ramp-up
- Support hiring managers in improving interview calibration, candidate evaluation, and decision-making
- Help shape foundational people processes, including documentation for job levels, interview templates, and org-wide hiring hygiene
- Contribute to building a strong, values-driven culture during a key growth period

Nitra is attempting to play a part in the reshaping of the archaic financial systems we all interact with today, specifically targeting the inefficiencies of the US healthcare system. To do this, it is bringing transformational and disruptive digital finance to thousands of healthcare professionals struggling with complex medical business processes that do not align well to traditional forms of credit.
Nitra started with a credit card built specifically for doctors, and has since expanded its offerings to deliver expense management, product inventory management, and lending services. Its all-in-one platform is powered by machine learning and blockchain technologies, bringing physicians and medical clinics around the country the financial services they need and deserve.
