Strategic Communications Intern, Kepler

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Effective problem solving, analytical skills, and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and complete projects in a timely manner
• Strong desire to learn about space, defense, and communications
• Proficient and effective skills promoting the brand on social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Proficient with systems such as Microsoft Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc), Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva to create graphics, social media posts, presentation materials, and other requested items

• Kepler is looking for a Strategic Communications Intern to assist in integrated marketing and communications campaigns
• This exciting role will collaborate on a wide range of marketing and communications verticals and will require strategic reasoning skills
• Our ideal candidate will have advanced writing skills and an interest in gaining a deep understanding of Kepler’s innovative solutions for space communications
• Support for communications activities such as social media campaigns, analytics, subject matter research, written materials (blogs, newsletters, social posts, etc.,) award submissions, advertising, mailings, promotional items, and more
• Collaborate on general marketing content using creative and strategic insight while adhering to all brand standards and marketing goals, while maintaining a focus on Kepler's mission
• Ability to understand complex technical concepts and strategically turn them into relatable content that appeals to target stakeholders
• Assist with external campaigns and initiatives while collaborating with marketing, leadership, business development, and other Kepler teams
• Communications and marketing support for the People & Culture and Recruiting teams
