Who you are
- A collaborative team player who thrives on achieving both individual and collective goals
- You bring 0-3 years of sales experience, excelling as a hunter who proactively identifies warm paths into customer accounts and secures high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Your background includes outbound prospecting, with hands-on experience using Salesloft, Gong, Sales Navigator, and B2B sales strategies
- You are equally effective working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong self-motivation, adaptability, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves
- We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our Client Sales team in Miami!
- This role is perfect for a highly motivated hunter who thrives on outbound prospecting, uncovering new business opportunities, and setting the stage for successful sales conversations
- If you're passionate about sales and eager to grow into an Account Executive (AE) role, this is your opportunity to develop the foundational skills needed to excel in B2B sales
- Identify, prioritize, and engage high-potential prospects from a Book of Business (BoB) through phone, email, LinkedIn, video messaging, and other creative outreach channels
- Partner closely with Account Executives to qualify opportunities and ensure a smooth, effective handoff
- Build strong relationships by establishing trust, managing expectations, and confidently overcoming objections
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Communicate Wellhub’s value proposition by educating companies on the impact of workplace wellness and our mission
- Develop industry expertise to act as a trusted consultant on wellness trends across different sectors and geographies
