What the job involves

Strategic Planning and Alignment:
Help to define and assess the strategic priorities of the business each quarter
Develop strategic and operational plans for each project under your purview
Ensure that project goals align with the company’s mission and long-term objectives
Understand the broader context of the organization and anticipate changes that may impact project outcomes
Project management:
Defining scope, goals and objectives of each project
Creating project plans, resourcing, timelines and deliverables
Coordinate and lead project team
Leadership:
Lead cross-functional project teams, providing clear direction, mentorship, and guidance
Foster collaboration and synergy among team members
Decision-Making:
Make critical decisions related to project governance
Monitor project progress, handle financial management, and maintain high standards for project quality
Report regularly to senior management on project status and key milestones
Resource Management:
Oversee shared resources across multiple projects
Ensure efficient utilization of resources (both human and financial) to meet project timelines and objectives
