Who you are
- Proven experience in implementing technical SEO optimizations yourself and working directly with developers
- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, search engine algorithms, and ranking factors
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple SEO projects simultaneously
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a hands on Technical SEO Manager to join our Marketing Team
- It’s an exciting opportunity where you will be the Technical SEO specialist, with ownership and responsibility for implementing and managing Lottie’s technical SEO strategy
- You’ll have a major impact on Lottie’s website’s visibility and our performance on search engines
- You will work closely with a variety of teams, including developers and marketers, to ensure the successful execution of our technical SEO initiatives
- Develop and execute technical SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and performance on search engines
- Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvements (including indexation and crawlability audits)
- Collaborate with developers to implement SEO best practices, including site architecture, URL structure, page speed optimisation, mobile optimisation, and structured data markup
- Monitor and analyse website performance metrics using SEO tools and platforms to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and search engine algorithm changes to ensure our SEO strategies are aligned with best practices
- High degree of autonomy in a role that has potential to grow as the company grows

It is doing so with a strong emphasis on data and real-time information, collecting datasets that will be vital not just to its business operations, but potentially to the UK government and healthcare policy too.
