Role
Who you are
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales role
- Proven track record of success in a Sales role, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry
- Worked with the SMB segment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationship with clients
- Fluency in French and at least C1 in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously
- Proficiency in using CRM systems (we use Hubspot) and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree
What the job involves
- As an Account Executive, you will work closely with French SMBs from various industries, offering them tailored short-term loan solutions to meet their unique financial needs
- In this role, within the Sales team (working with Daniel and Thomas), you will be responsible for managing the entire sales funnel, from pipe generation to closing deals
- Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including networking events, email outreach, and cold calling (even if our acquisition is mainly inbound)
- Qualify leads and assess their financing needs to determine their eligibility for Silvr’s offer
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process… And after!
- Negotiate terms and close deals
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations and product, to ensure a smooth experience for customers and spread uncover market insights
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management in the company's CRM system (Hubspot)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities and improve sales strategies

The company empowers entrepreneurs by creating greater access to funding that is scalable and equity-free. Essentially, the company can finance riskier businesses that don’t have assets. It does so by leveraging businesses’ data to predict future revenues and currently focuses on eCommerce companies and SaaS startups. To promote more equality in the fintech space, 29% of Silvr financing has gone to businesses founded by women.
Companies financed by Silvr have reportedly seen, on average, 64% growth just two months after being granted capital, which, given the new funding announcement and the creation of its debt fund, puts the company in a very strong position for further uptake.
