What the job involves
- The Executive Assistant will support our CEO, President, and Chief of Staff in anticipating their needs and helping them stay focused by owning operational and administrative tasks.
- This person will work closely with and report directly to the Chief of Staff. You will move quickly in a fast-paced environment and will be up to date with the latest updates at Harvey. You will be organized, analytical, proactive, and possess strong communication skills
- Provide support to the chief of staff & executives in administrative functions including calendaring, schedule management, travel coordination, expenses, and other high-priority items
- Coordinate internal and external meetings including interviews, customer meetings, all-hands, off-site events, etc
- Proactively manage calendar priorities based on customer meetings, fiscal calendars, current projects, etc
- Effectively interface with internal and external stakeholders to prioritize the executives needs
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
