Role
Who you are
- Sales experience: Minimum 2 year (including internships), with proven exposure to cold calling. SaaS or tech industry background is a strong plus
- Language skills: Native-level English; additional European languages are a plus
- Location: You’re based in or willing to relocate to Paris, France
- Communication: You’re a natural communicator – clear, concise, and persuasive in both writing and speech
- Adaptability: You know how to tailor your message on the fly, quickly adapting to different audiences and situations
- Organized & focused: You manage your priorities effectively while staying focused on long-term goals
- Tech-savvy: Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Apollo.io, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Notion is a bonus
- You’ve already had a first experience in sales or a customer-facing role (internships included)
- You’re confident, curious, and resilient – with the ability to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment
- You communicate with impact, know how to handle objections, and stay composed under pressure
- You’re structured, self-motivated, and always open to feedback
What the job involves
- As part of our Outbound Sales team, you’ll play a key role in driving growth in the European market. Your main responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, presenting our solution, and managing the early stages of the sales cycle –from initial contact to qualification
- Identify key decision-makers within targeted SMBs and initiate first contact through outbound outreach
- Become a subject-matter expert on e-signatures and Yousign’s value proposition, mastering our pitch, objection handling, and key messaging to generate interest and engagement
- Own and optimize your acquisition channels (LinkedIn, email, networking, etc.) to consistently build a strong pipeline
- Collaborate closely with the Operations team on strategic initiatives that support outbound growth – lead generation, sales automation, CRM enhancements, and more
- Maintain high-quality CRM data to ensure accurate tracking and forecasting
- Proactively forecast revenue and document key daily activities and performance metrics

Our take
The global electronic signature market is projected to grow to over $35 billion by 2029. Well-known Adobe Sign and DocuSign have been in the game for a while, though YouSign has stepped onto the scene hoping to become the eSignature platform predominantly used by the European market.
The company has two signature products, a web app that is ready to use from anywhere and an API, which can be easily integrated into business softwares. The signatures are eIDAS-compliant and legally binding so clients can focus more on their productivity and teamwork and worry less about paperwork.
The company targets new customers rather than attempting to convert from competitors - SMBs are its target market, hoping to show newer businesses the need for and ease of electronic signatures. Acquiring $ 36.6 million in 2021 in a round of funding meant the company could scale its team and market share. In early 2022 YouSign bought Canyon, a documentation and workflow automation specialist. This means that YouSign is now propelling into a new dimension.
