Recruiting Coordinator, Notion

• At least 6-12 months of full-cycle recruiting coordination experience in a high-volume role
• Ability to support both technical as well as non-technical teams and can quickly learn new roles as needed with support from our current team. Experience scheduling both remote and in-person interviews is a must
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills— you are highly self-motivated and driven to go above and beyond what is required
• You are kind, warm, and thoughtful— as you'll represent the company to interact with thousands of candidates you touch each year. Some who can stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment

• We're looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to partner closely with Recruiters and Hiring managers and craft a delightful candidate experience
• Provide a one-of-a-kind candidate experience: In this role, you will be at the frontlines of Notion's brand, interfacing with our candidates day in and day out. You'll partner with our recruiters and hiring managers to build and refine our recruiting process to optimize for the best candidate experience. We want candidates to walk away from interviewing with Notion feeling inspired by what we are doing and what we are building
• Coordination and scheduling at scale: You'll coordinate and schedule a high volume of candidate interviews in an organized, timely, and consistent manner
• Broaden your superpowers: Notion is a startup, so expect a lot of ambiguity and the opportunity to move out of your comfort zone. We move quickly, so you'll accomplish a lot in a short amount of time. Everyone at Notion wears multiple hats. Over time, you may be asked to help with light sourcing for both non-technical and technical pipelines, and gain insight into recruiting
