What the job involves
- As the Senior Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing the Minor Figures Brand across the region. Supporting growth in both the UK and abroad
- Build annual and quarterly marketing plans that serve both global strategy and local market needs
- Work with local sales leads and distributors to identify focus areas and high-impact moments
- Manage regional budgets and allocate resources to where they’ll drive the most value
- Build and lead a small but mighty marketing team
- Set clear goals, give direction, and create a culture that’s insight-led and action-oriented
- Brief in market-specific creative where needed, working with agencies or internal teams
- Ensure excellent delivery of global or regional activations across the region
- Partner closely with the global marketing team to deliver exciting, creative and effective activations in the region ensuring alignment with the brand throughout
- Work alongside the commercial leads to ensure marketing is delivering against business goals
- Be the go-to brand contact for distributor teams across the region
- Provide training, tools, and ongoing support to keep brand execution sharp and consistent
- Lead our presence at key events—trade shows, festivals, industry gatherings
- Build brand love through partnerships, barista activations, and community-driven moments
- Track what’s working, what’s not, and what we should do next
- Use data and insights to sharpen focus, understand our audience and ensure we turn people into fans

Minor Figures is a brand expressing almost all of the most important consumer trends of today. In terms of its flagship product, Minor Figures is a B Corp producing vegan, sustainable, premium coffee, playing to an exploding niche. At the same time, Minor Figures is much more than just a coffee producer - it’s a holistic brand.
What does that mean in practice? It makes merch, it makes games, it makes clothing. There’s also CBD, chai, and a dedicated music platform called MFFM (Minor Figures FM). That all comes together to create a brand that oozes authenticity and funk - perfectly aligned to a modern, urban audience.
Perhaps then Minor Figures is an entirely new challenger brand narrative. The anti-hero — a challenger brand notable for its absence of a grandiose mission or purpose and with a focus instead on enjoying life, having fun and occasionally poking fun at the very notion of brands as our heroes and saviours.
Whatever it is, it's working. Now selling to over 25 countries and with 2022 investment from French multinational Danone, as long as the company stays true to its roots: coffee and fun, it's hard to see its impressive growth flagging any time soon.
