What the job involves
- We’re looking for a Head of Growth to drive high-volume customer acquisition and deliver industry-leading conversion rates
- This role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales and operations - requiring someone who can see the big picture while executing at speed
- You’ll build on channels that are already delivering results, experiment with bold new approaches, and optimise every stage of the funnel for maximum growth
- You’ll be highly hands-on - using data to identify opportunities, refining our digital presence to attract the right audience, and stepping into sales conversations when you can make the difference
- Own growth at ZUNO - Drive demand and optimise conversion across every stage of the funnel
- Data-driven decisions - Analyse performance data to identify bottlenecks, uncover growth opportunities, and run short-term experiments to guide long-term strategy
- Scale proven channels - Double down on the highest-performing channels to maximise reach and efficiency
- Innovate and test - Rapidly prototype and validate new approaches to acquire and convert high-value customers
- Sales crossover - Step into key customer conversations and feed insights back into the growth strategy
