Who you are
- The ideal candidate has experience collaborating with internal product groups to manage dependencies, as well as interfacing with 3rd party products and services that are used in IntelePeer solutions
- 7+ years of experience in product management at a fast‐growing company
- Prior experience in a product role specifically around healthcare, healthtech or conversational ai
- Physical Requirements:
- Sedentary work lifting no more than 10 pounds
- Occasional lifting, carrying, and standing
- Frequent hand/eye coordination to operate office equipment
- Vision sufficient to read computer screens, reports, and related department documents
- Dexterity to operate computer keyboards and other related office equipment
- Endurance sufficient to sit and work at a computer for extended periods of time
- Frequent speech communication and hearing
What the job involves
- IntelePeer is looking for an experienced, hands-on Product Leader to join our team to lead our SaaS product offerings in healthcare
- This position is essential for ensuring the IntelePeer platform provides outcomes that enhance customer engagement and streamline the Conversational AI and app-based experiences that automate interactions across calls, chats, SMS/MMS and other channels
- Define and build Agentic AI powered, voice enabled applications spanning multiple areas such as RCM, scheduling and more
- Ensure product development aligns with IntelePeer’s long-term product strategy and leverages our Conversational AI Platform
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, UX/UI, data science, product marketing, delivery/implementation, etc
- Manage the roadmap and product backlog ensuring detailed user stories and prioritize development work
- Clearly communicate product goals, understand and communicate timelines and trade-offs
- Monitor and clarify industry opportunities and priorities
- Work with the GTM team to continuously refine healthcare sub-vertical priorities (e.g. Providers, Payers)
- Work with Product Marketing to identify and prioritize use cases and create associated documentation
- Create IntelePeer ROI projections on investments into -verticals based on TAM and growth opportunities
- Work with the Implementation teams to identify modules to productize that can be used across a variety of implementations and shorten the time-to-value
- Build reusable elements with product managers and engineering such that they are available as OOTB components
- Maintain reusable elements and improve them over time
- Work closely with the GTM team to identify and prioritize integrations with other industry specific providers
- Collaborate with legal and procurement to work through contracts
- Manage the onboarding process including training, product integration and implementation support
- This role incorporates strategic and tactical activities that requires a player/coach mentality to execute
