Who you are
- Graduated from a top-10 engineering school
- Proven programming skills with at least one modern language such as Java, C++, Rust with object-oriented design
- Good analytical and communication skills

- 2+ year of professional software development experience
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and designing for performance, scalability
What the job involves
- Join our R&D department located in Paris and enter an environment where you will create new algorithms, concepts, and products in the big data landscape. We are a team of 35 back end, front end and full stack engineers, focused on code quality and innovation
- Your contributions will speed up the queries thanks to new algorithms, add new types of computations to help our customers build complex indicators, reduce the memory usage, simplify our public APIs, etc
- In Activeviam, the role of a Software Engineer is to create, design and develop applications, systems and also to test, improve and maintain any software that is already in place
