Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, or similar)
- 2+ years of experience in Salesforce administration and/or configuration
- Understanding of partner relationship management and the nuances of partnership operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data management and reporting within Salesforce
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Certified Salesforce Administrator or higher certification (e.g., Salesforce Advanced Administrator)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
What the job involves
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our partnerships with various organizations, leveraging Salesforce as a central tool for partner relationship management and operational efficiency
- Partner Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with our partners, acting as the primary point of contact for operational matters.Collaborate with partners to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and proactively work to address them
- Operational Efficiency: Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows to ensure smooth partner interactions and transactions. Monitor and analyze partner operations data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Onboarding and Training:Facilitate the onboarding of new partners, ensuring they have the necessary resources and information to succeed. Provide training and support to partners on our systems, processes, and tools
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure that all partner agreements, contracts, and documentation are up-to-date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and transactions
- Issue Resolution: Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve any operational issues or disputes promptly and effectively.Address partner inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on partner performance and operational metrics.Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
