Role
Who you are
- Experience: 10+ years in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years managing either product or development organizations
- Industry Knowledge: Background in AI technology, data labeling, or data annotation services is highly preferred
- Global Management: Proven ability to lead global teams, including both onshore and offshore team members
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth understanding of software development processes, data management, and cloud-based infrastructures
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred

- AI and Machine Learning Expertise: Knowledge of machine learning model training, data labeling workflows, and related technologies
- Agile Methodologies: Proficiency in agile development processes and frameworks
- Client-Facing Skills: Ability to work effectively with large enterprise clients to understand and meet their evolving needs
What the job involves
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a technology roadmap in alignment with company goals, focusing on innovation, efficiency, and quality in AI data labeling services
- Team Management: Lead and inspire a team of product managers, engineers, and technical leaders across global locations, including onshore and offshore teams
- Collaboration: Partner closely with other business unit leaders and cross-functional partners to align technology initiatives with business needs
- Product Development: Oversee product management for new and existing AI data labeling products, ensuring alignment with market trends, client demands, and technological advancements
- Operational Excellence: Establish and refine processes that promote agility, innovation, and operational efficiency within development and product teams
- Technical Expertise: Serve as a technology advisor, staying current with AI and data labeling advancements to guide strategy and innovation
