Who you are
- From 2 to 4 years maximum on a similar position (as a Sales Operations or Pricing Analyst)
- A successful experience in a SaaS environment working for Sales Department in B2B
- Demonstrated ability to deep dive in complex analysis to offer the best deals and being a real business partner
- Robust hard skills on excel and also sales tools as SalesForce
- Ability to synthesize and summarize information
- Excellent proficiency in English as the scope would be expose on EMEA scale

What the job involves
- To support and strengthen the Global Revenue Operations Team, Mirakl is looking for a new Revenue Operations Analyst ideally based in Paris or Bordeaux
- Builds on foundational knowledge to execute complex analyses, enhance processes, and act as a reliable collaborator across teams
- Contribute to design, or evolve Mirakl product pricing
- Support Sales team members in pricing offer creation and modeling
- Create Administrative simulation tools
- Contribute to design and implement compensation mechanisms in collaboration with Sales Management and Finance
- Manages monthly & quarterly closing
- Day-to-day support of Account Management team (globally)
- Customer performance analyses (churn, retention)
- Key Expectations:
- Conducts comprehensive analyses on pricing, pipeline, forecasting, and other strategic areas to identify trends and inform decision-making
- Proposes and supports the implementation of process improvements across RevOps functions, ensuring alignment with broader team initiatives and operational strategies
- Engages in collaborative efforts with multiple teams, ensuring shared understanding and alignment of business priorities

Mirakl is a SaaS platform that provides the technology and partner ecosystem needed to launch an eCommerce marketplace. There are a couple of major benefits to this : if a store doesn't hold an item a customer wants in stock, it can be sourced seamlessly through marketplace partners, and it allows eCommerce retailers to hold a lot less inventory especially in less-requested lines.
Since its founding in 2012, Mirakl has helped more than 450 companies develop new marketplaces to drive product adoption. It currently works with consumer-facing enterprises, including Macy’s, Decathlon, Best Buy and Sonepar, and industry-specific B2B companies like Airbus Helicopters, Toyota Material Handling and Accor’s Astore.
Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding. Investment has been used to grow its engineering and customer success teams, enabling product development and a broader reach. With solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market moving forwards.
