Who you are
- This is an internship or entry-level role. Prior professional experience is not required

- Have basic exposure to HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (academic or self-taught is fine)
- Be familiar with browser DevTools or willing to learn quickly
- Communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken
- This role involves frequent interaction with internal teams, so good communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential
What the job involves
- You will support the Technical Support team by helping diagnose issues, investigate technical behaviours, and document findings, while learning how a SaaS product operates in real customer environments
- This role is designed to give you practical experience at the intersection of customers, product, and engineering
- Assisting in handling technical questions from internal teams, mainly Customer Success and Technical Support
- Reviewing basic implementation setups, embed codes, scripts, and integrations under guidance
- Investigating issues using browser DevTools, logs, and step-by-step reproductions
- Helping document bugs clearly and providing structured information to Engineering
- Contributing to and updating internal technical documentation and playbooks
- Supporting the Technical Support Lead in improving workflows, tools, and internal processes
- Learning best practices for implementations across common E-commerce platforms and CMS setups
- At Flowbox, internships are designed as real learning experiences. You can expect hands-on exposure to:
- Major E-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Prestashop, VTEX, etc.)
- How the different layers of a SaaS product connect (front-end, back-end, APIs, integrations)
- Practical debugging across browsers, scripts, and third-party tools
- How product issues are analysed, prioritised, and communicated to Engineering
- How customer feedback influences product decisions and roadmap discussions
- Continuous skill development in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript through real cases
- How a Tech and Product organisation operates at scale
Our take
Flowbox is a User Generated Content Platform that enables brands and customers to leverage social media to develop marketing and sales strategies, often repurposing preexisting posts to advertise a company.
Based out of Stockholm, Flowbox has worked with a range of high-end European clients such as Bjorn Borg and Outnorth across a breadth of commerce sectors, including fashion, furniture, and cosmetics. Flowbox has customers in over 40 countries and in March 2023 raised early VC and brought an experienced new shareholder onto its board.
With seed funding and talent at the top end, Flowbox has reported ARR of 85 million SEK in 2022 and is refreshing its strategy to attract even more clients.
