• We are seeking a seasoned Senior Channel Enablement Consultant to lead these efforts within our Revenue organization
• Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enablement, you will be accountable for equipping our partners with the content, resources, tools, and training needed to effectively position and sell Unity products and services
• Strategic Enablement Programs: Develop and implement Partner Enablement and onboarding programs to drive channel productivity and revenue growth
• Content & Training Development: Create and adapt high-impact training materials and resources in collaboration with Marketing and Product Management, ensuring partners are well-equipped to sell Unity solutions
• Platform & Resource Management: Oversee the continuous improvement of the Partner Portal, utilizing platforms like Workramp to streamline onboarding and enablement processes
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment of enablement activities with company goals and strategic initiatives
• Performance Analysis: Regularly assess and analyze partner enablement metrics to drive iterative improvements and ensure effective execution the effectiveness of enablement initiatives
