Who you are
- 3+ years of prior Sales Engineering experience with software in a SaaS/PaaS environment
- Solid experience in the healthcare industry
- Creativity to approach sales and build customer relationships in groundbreaking new ways
- Masterful in delivering product demonstrations to executive level audiences
- Ability to connect a customer’s specific business problems and Notable’s solutions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Deep level understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a high volume of projects
- Occasional travel required
What the job involves
- As a Sales Engineer you will work directly within the growth team, focusing on supporting the end-to-end sales cycle for all new business opportunities
- You will be expected to research and understand the needs of our customers, strategize on how to navigate winning sales cycles, provide compelling product demonstrations, support new and on-going Proof of Concepts/Pilots, and support the closing of new business opportunities
- Understand and continually develop working knowledge of the competitive landscape including value propositions, feature differentiation, pricing schemes, and more
- Front end sales support including creating and presenting customized product demonstrations and converting leads into qualified opportunities
- Manage and own the sales process working hands-on with internal Notable team members, prospects, and current customers to demonstrate and communicate the value of Notable throughout the sales cycle
- Accountability for CRM process updates, sales updates, and broader report outs
- Respond to initial product requests and frame product issues for discussion and resolution with Product and Engineering teams
- Develop and maintain a process around handoffs with Notable’s Customer Success, Finance, and Account Management teams
