Who you are
- 4+ years direct enterprise sales or Sales/Revenue Enablement experience
- Experience working with a high-growth start-up where we're building from the ground floor
- Interest in being a hands on builder
- Owner of the development of content focused on all training areas
- Combination of Sales Expertise and Enablement experience with facilitation
- Strategic thinker with ability to understand complex issues, develop/ apply/simplify frameworks to facilitate broader organizational understanding, decision making, and action (with leadership and cross functional teams)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Leadership: Ability to inspire and motivate sales teams, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively across departments
- Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
What the job involves
- We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Enablement Manager to join our sales team as the first ever person in this role!
- The ideal candidate will have a background as a former enterprise seller or significant experience in enablement within an enterprise selling environment
- This role is crucial in equipping our sales teams with the tools, resources, and training needed to drive revenue
- Partner with the leadership to understand needs, gaps and goals
- Design, launch, and reinforce sales enablement programs and trainings that support respective Enterprise and company goals
- Drive, track, and influence field adoption on desired key behavioral changes
- Build content and training materials from scratch
