Partner Success Associate, Vestwell

• Our team’s primary objective is to establish strong relationships with partners, positioning themselves as an integral part of their practice and a key contributor to their success in the retirement space
• As a Partner Success Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our team to reach this objective, understanding our partners' goals and driving repeat business
• Our partners consist of individual investment advisors, Third Party Administrators (TPAs), National Accounts, Enterprise Partners, as well as PEOs
• Partner with Partner Success Managers and their top partners to identify new opportunities for value creation
• Manage a small book of business consisting of Partner relationships
• Support the team in meeting our KPIs including repeat business by partners, NPS and Churn
• Support Success Managers with the scheduling and preparations for Partner business reviews, covering plan status updates, and plan health checks
• Partner with Success Managers and/or partners to conduct education meetings for plan participants
• Support the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive wiki and knowledge-base for the team
• Manage administrative requests from partners, as well as maintaining and updating records within our CRM
• Answer the general inbound phone lines, channeling inquiries to the appropriate teams, and ensuring follow up completion
• Work closely with product and other internal stakeholders on platform enhancements tied to new legislation, and ongoing quality control
• Understand Vestwell's various reporting functionalities to research and provide clarity for Partners when needed

• Our interview process starts the same for every candidate with 1-2 introductory conversations to learn more about your background, interests, and what you're looking for, while also giving you the opportunity to learn more about Vestwell and the team
• From there, the process varies by role but typically includes a skills or experience-based assessment, such as a coding interview, portfolio review, or deeper discussion of your relevant experience
• Successful candidates then move on to a virtual or in-person interview panel
• Before extending an offer, we complete a reference check with a current or former manager and a peer
• Throughout the process, we prioritize transparency, clear communication, and minimizing surprises
