Delivery Lead, Cadent

• Typically 8+ years of experience in Agile Delivery, Scrum Master, Technical Program Management, Release Train Engineering, or related delivery leadership roles
• Experience supporting multiple Agile software development teams in a complex cross-functional environment
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and modern software development lifecycles
• Experience introducing or enabling AI-assisted software delivery practices
• Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience using delivery metrics to improve execution

• The Delivery Lead is a senior individual contributor responsible for improving delivery execution across Product and Engineering through modern delivery practices, data-driven decision making, and AI-enabled ways of working
• Working in partnership with Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Delivery leadership, this role improves delivery predictability, reduces execution risk, manages cross-team dependencies, and helps teams adopt new ways of working that increase engineering effectiveness
• In addition to delivery leadership and Agile expertise, the Delivery Lead acts as a catalyst for AI adoption across the software delivery lifecycle—identifying opportunities to improve planning, execution, reporting, and collaboration through practical use of AI while helping teams realize measurable improvements in delivery outcomes
