Who you are
- You are a self-starter, detail-oriented and comfortable with ambiguity in a rapidly-changing environment
- You are a storyteller who uses data to inform your product marketing strategies
- You are collaborative and enjoy working with and can successfully lobby stakeholders from across the business for alignment
- 3+ years of Growth Experience (PMM or PM), or Management Consulting
- 2+ years of working with enablement teams
- Experience in B2B SaaS, HCM, Payments Preferred
- Excellent time management, prioritization and project management skills
- Demonstrated writing, communication & critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to learn on an accelerated curve and adapt quickly to changing needs
- Fiercely collaborative, driven and ambitious
What the job involves
- Reporting to the Director of Product Marketing, the PMM of Business to Employee (B2E) Growth & Operations will lead the planning and execution of initiatives, launches, campaigns, user experience optimizations and more to grow revenue and deliver the best user experiences
- This will include being the business owner for the end to end Adoption funnel of our core Earned Wage Access product
- This person will sit at the intersection of Product & Commercial & Marketing teams to enable DailyPay to achieve its quarterly and annual revenue targets
- You will be encouraged to think and act both strategically and tactically to deliver things across a wide spectrum: product inception to launch, customer experience optimizations, objection handling, re-positioning of existing products through enablement and uncover any other opportunities to drive the business forward
- Product Growth – Partner with product managers, marketing teams, design teams and others to identify opportunities to grow program adoption among
- Employees test, learn and iterate
- Lead Cross functionally – Be the champion of the adoption funnel and manage quarterly OKR planning, weekly business reviews & building cross functional alignment across all teams and leaders consistently
- Product Messaging, Positioning & Enablement – Build product positioning & messaging that tells compelling stories that win over prospects and customers, evangelize DailyPay and its industry-leading products to the world. Develop product positioning, value propositions, and key messaging to be used across every customer touchpoint from the top of the funnel through to sales, success & support
- Customer Obsessed – Build a deep understanding of our customers and DailyPay’s value proposition to the market and users; build scalable product feedback loops for your product and marketing teams and synthesize insights across channels
- Product Launch – Partner with product managers from the inception of an idea to create, own, and champion go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new product features including insights & research to inform why we build something, and defining how we launch by setting objectives, audience definition, marketing and communication strategy, and measurement

DailyPay hopes to transform the financial system through providing enterprises with on-demand pay solutions, including a raft of market-leading products and programs.
The fast-growing on-demand pay sector is fuelled both by added financial stressors for employees post-pandemic, and a real employee appetite for on-demand pay - in addition to hopes it will combat the draw of predatory payday loans. Multiple surveys suggest over half consider it an attractive benefit. This should incentivize adoption, as companies are likely to enjoy a competitive edge when it comes to employee recruitment and retention.
DailyPay’s leading reputation has, fortunately, attracted larger businesses who can take the hit, like Macdonalds, Kroger, and Lidl. The company has raised impressive funds which are cited to support domestic growth and international growth. This will allow DailyPay to invest in further product innovation.
