What the job involves

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Creator Business team, you will help drive a healthy and ever-growing creator economy at Roblox. Our mission is to help Creators efficiently operationalize their revenue so they can invest in and grow their business. The team works on complex areas such as monetization analytics, revenue reporting, payouts, and taxes, requiring penny-perfect accuracy and zero defects
We are looking for someone who can work with product managers and data science on end-to-end requirements to develop and maintain a scalable, secure, and reliable platform for our creators to thrive. As we are responsible for a large portion of the company’s revenue, you will drive projects with high impact and visibility
Develop remarkable products and systems that will delight our users
Work with the product, data science, and design to help refine requirements
Contribute to or drive the overall end to end system design
Have the opportunity to push the boundaries of what’s next for the company
Help recruit future talent for the team
