• This is a role for an engineer who thrives at the intersection of deep technical problem-solving and product strategy
• Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience, with a track record of leading medium-to-large projects involving multiple engineers
• Full-Stack Expertise: Demonstrated ability to drive projects across the full stack (backend services, data persistence, and modern frontend frameworks like React/TypeScript). Comfortable with translating designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Cloud & Infrastructure: Proficiency in cloud-native environments (AWS preferred), and relational databases (Postgres)
• Communication: Strong organizational and communication skills, including experience with pair programming and translating complex technical concepts for product stakeholders

• As a Staff Software Engineer at Redox, you are a technical leader responsible for the health, scalability, and evolution of our interoperability engine
• In our highly collaborative environment, your role is a strategic partner guiding Product Management rather than simply offering input
