What the job involves
- At betterbusiness, we are a team of pioneers who guide confident service and product decisions. We are providing the best performance-based customer acquisition and lead generation solutions on the market
- We are working with all of the biggest names in the DIY space (website builders, commerce platforms, hosting providers, and more). Additionally, we are one of the leading providers of leads for topics such as solar energy, heat pumps, and 24-hour care
- To further increase the impact on our business, our partners, and our users, we are looking for a Senior Product Owner to join us
- Works on/leads large strategic initiatives and owns the product Lifecycle
- Manages the scrum team, owns scrum ceremonies, manages team’s scope and time
- Manages the development team member, performs team lead duties such as one on ones, promotions and succession planning
- Leading projects that are not a core part of their work (organizing meetups, conferences, internal and external workshops, interviewing candidates, employer branding)
