What the job involves
- As the Office Manager at Talon.One, you'll be responsible for ensuring things run smoothly at our Berlin office
- This role reports to the Workplace and Community Manager and ensures a seamless office experience and operations in our office
- You will play a key role in making guests, employees and candidates feel welcome in the office
- You will cover important tasks like managing the office operations including beverages and snacks, administration, vendor management, Office Security, Office OPEX management, office inventory and storage management
- This is a full-time on-site position (Mon-Fri, 08:30 - 17:30 CET)
- As part of the Community and Workplace team you will support with organizing internal and external events
- Welcome visitors warmly, embodying the friendly face of Talon.One
- Ensure a spotless work environment in coordination with our external cleaning providers
- Be the go-to person for employees and management on all office matters
- Take the lead on Employee Health, Safety and Security strategy, participating in Emergency Action Planning
- Liaise with building management, superintendents, and security
- Manage office and kitchen supplies, including ordering and stocking
- Coordinate office maintenance tasks, update the OPEX Budget
- Handle mail shipping & receiving
- Participate in Talon.One’s event strategy design, planning and execution
- Provide basic IT support, including password resets, hardware troubleshooting, and video conferencing assistance

Boosted by a hard-hitting client list that includes Mercedes, Delivery Hero, and Adidas, Talon.one initiates and automates loyalty programs, discount campaigns and coupon offers for product-oriented businesses.
In 2022, Talon.one partnered with Big Commerce to offer promotion engine features to Jimmy Brings, an Australian alcohol delivery company. This collaboration with Big Commerce, alongside other companies involved in the project, highlights Talon.one's integration capabilities. It demonstrates the flexibility of Talon.one as it collaborated effectively with various software companies, showcasing its extensive potential in promotion tools.
Talon.one has a varied product service that includes coupon, referral, gift card, and loyalty software as well as product bundles and wallet solutions. It’s this variety that makes them such good partners on larger promotion strategies, as long as the quality remains rounded across all its products.
