Role
Who you are
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 4 years in a senior or lead PM role at a company operating at scale in advertising technology, measurement, or data infrastructure
- Deep, hands-on expertise in ad measurement including incrementality testing, geo-based lift studies, brand lift, sales lift, and mid-to-lower funnel conversion measurement. Ideally with direct ownership of products delivering these capabilities
- Strong technical foundation with a track record of partnering with engineering and data science teams to define system architecture, data pipelines, statistical models, or measurement methodologies not just translating requirements
- A proven track record of owning and launching large-scale software products from concept to completion
- Experience with AI/ML-driven products or a demonstrated interest in applying AI and machine learning to measurement solutions
- Strong leadership and influence skills, with the ability to build consensus and drive projects across different teams
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for technical and business audiences
- Exceptional analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to product decisions
- Experience in agile, iterative product development, focused on achieving key business outcomes
- A Bachelor's degree in a technical domain (e.g. computer science, engineering). An MBA is a plus
What the job involves
- We’re hiring a Director or Senior Director of Product to join our growing Measurement Product Management team
- In this role, we need a strategic leader who will report to the VP and own the current and next generation of Innovid’s advanced measurement solutions
- We need a product leader who is ready to drive immediate business impact. You will contribute to and help drive the strategic direction of our advanced measurement products, while also being a hands-on leader focused on attribution and performance based measurement. We are looking for someone who can move quickly and jump into any area of our products to help accelerate our growth
- Define and drive the multi-year product roadmap for our advanced measurement solutions, expanding Innovid's competitive differentiation across incrementality testing, lift measurement, and mid-to-lower funnel conversion analytics
- Lead the product lifecycle for the current and next generation of measurement solutions, from ideation to launch and beyond
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for product monetization and growth through new features, partnerships, and integrations
- Partner deeply with a global engineering team to architect scalable, technically rigorous measurement solutions, including defining data models, signal ingestion pipelines, and statistical methodologies
- Influence pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy for Innovid's measurement products, working closely with business development and sales
- Act as a subject matter expert, educating the organization on industry trends and advancements related to measurement, identity, and data
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, taking an active role in transforming the TV industry on a global scale
Our take
In 2007, Innovid's founders Zvika, Tal, and Zack came together to make digital video do more. Digital was on the rise, and it was time for video to step up. Two years later, Innovid filed the first patent to insert interactive objects into video. Since then, it has evolved to run as an independent advertising and measurement platform for the world's largest brands.
Innovid runs data-driven creative delivered on all channels (from connected TVs and mobile devices to social channels like Facebook and YouTube), and 3rd party measurement through its media-agnostic platform. It also works with the industry to help advertisers scale how they create, deliver and measure ads across different platforms.
Innovid has struck up partnerships with great companies already, which is a good sign of its ability to win big contracts; it has worked with over 1,000 of the world’s largest brands. It is also continually innovating and most recently announced the expansion of its Social Ad Manager to include full ads management for Reddit, allowing marketers to plan, actrivate, measure and optimize campaigns within a unified workflow.
