Role

Who you are

  • Deep level of technical experience in CRM, with experience working through a variety of Marketing Automation, ESPs, CDPs and Data Visualisation tools - Salesforce Marketing Cloud essential
  • Experience line managing preferred
  • Proven track record in customer journey mapping and segmentation success cases
  • Shopify & GA4 Experience preferred
  • Commercially & analytically minded
  • Ability to distil CRM expertise to digestible action points and influence other business units on CRM goals and vision

What the job involves

  • Working in the Growth Marketing & Research Team, you will be a key player in the next stage of growth for Nothing
  • In this pivotal role, you'll be the architect & builder of our global CRM strategy, leveraging data insights to drive customer acquisition, retention, and ultimately, revenue growth
  • Working with the Director, Growth Marketing to implement the CRM strategy globally, drive revenue growth, and recognise opportunity gaps
  • Manage & execute all forms of eDM from cart recovery, lifecycle to weekly editorial communications
  • Identify, create and analyse segmentation of customers using our CDP to deliver on brand vision and commercial goals, supporting wider growth marketing touch points
  • Working with the broader marketing department own and plan the CRM calendar globally ensuring all markets execute holistically
  • You will maintain and grow the Nothing community database through acquiring new customers and implementing retention and re-engagement strategies, ensuring full compliance with GDPR
  • You will work closely with the wider Growth Marketing team, especially the Research & Insights Manager to devise and implement a test and do strategy

Nothing has successfully delivered a flagship product that has held its own in a fiercely competitive market populated with the likes of Apple, Samsung, and Google, along with mid-range rivals Honor and OnePlus. The company launched a follow-up device called Nothing Ear in 2024, a wireless headphone with Chat GPT integrations. If this is as well received as its predecessor then Nothing could grow into a household name.
