Role
Who you are
- We are open to candidates looking for either a 6-month full-time internship starting in September 2026, or a minimum 12-month apprenticeship starting in September 2026
- Currently studying or recently graduated in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related creative field
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across both digital and print formats
- Previous experience in a tech company or start-up environment is a plus
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with Figma or equivalent UI/UX design tools
- Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design principles
- Ability to produce assets for both digital and print channels
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Wrike
- English: professional proficiency required
- French: professional proficiency is a plus
What the job involves
- You'll be part of our EMEA Brand Design team led by Gavin Jones, Brand Design Manager. The team consists of 3 people, including this internship role, working closely with the wider Marketing organisation across the region. Together, you'll be bringing Mirakl's visual identity to life — crafting compelling, on-brand assets that support campaigns, drive awareness, and strengthen how we show up across digital and print channels
- This is a hands-on team where you'll be involved from day one. I'll be acting as a close mentor throughout your time here, and you'll have real ownership of projects. We check in weekly as a team to review progress, tackle challenges, and share best practices. You'll also collaborate closely with the wider Marketing team and manage incoming projects through Wrike, our project management tool
- Design visually engaging assets for digital platforms including social media, websites, and email campaigns, ensuring consistency with Mirakl's brand identity
- Create and layout print materials such as brochures, posters, flyers, and business cards that reflect our brand standards
- Contribute creative ideas in brainstorming sessions and support the evolution of Mirakl's visual identity
- Edit and optimise images for web use, balancing visual impact with performance
- Support multimedia projects including video editing or animation, as needed

Our take
Mirakl is a SaaS platform that provides the technology and partner ecosystem needed to launch an eCommerce marketplace. There are a couple of major benefits to this: if a store doesn't hold an item a customer wants in stock, it can be sourced seamlessly through marketplace partners, and it allows eCommerce retailers to hold a lot less inventory especially in less-requested lines.
Since its founding in 2012, Mirakl has helped more than 450 companies develop new marketplaces to drive product adoption. It currently works with consumer-facing enterprises, including Macy’s, Decathlon, Best Buy and Sonepar, and industry-specific B2B companies like Airbus Helicopters, Toyota Material Handling and Accor’s Astore.
Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding. Investment has been used to grow its engineering and customer success teams, enabling product development and a broader reach. With solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market moving forwards.
