Who you are

1–5 years experience in Product Management (or similar experience in tech/fintech/SaaS)
Good knowledge of product management, including sprint processes, prioritisation, etc.
Strong understanding of how digital products are built (you don’t need to be technical, but you should understand technology)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, organised, and comfortable driving workstreams independently
Able to work effectively with remote teammates

Desirable

Experience in fintech (ideally wealthtech), B2B, or SaaS products
Exposure to integrations, APIs, data workflows, or operational tools
Familiarity with agile delivery and tools like Jira
Experience or interest in property and / or financial services

What the job involves

You’ll take responsibility for both product delivery and product quality, including:
Product Execution:
Run and support sprint ceremonies, including stand-ups, planning, and retros
Write clear, structured Jira tickets and product requirements
Manage and refine the product backlog
Support delivery across all product areas from core platform features to new customer integrations
Quality & Validation:
Conduct QA and UAT, ensuring features work as expected before release
Support customer onboarding and validate that delivered functionality meets user needs
Discovery & Ownership:
Own smaller modules or feature areas end-to-end, from problem definition through delivery
Contribute to customer interviews, research, and feedback loops
Help shape product improvements and be proactive in identifying opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineers (including remote team members in the Philippines)
Communicate clearly and drive progress independently
Ensure smooth alignment between product, engineering, and customer teams
