- 8+ years of experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer at a startup, SaaS company supporting the organization’s most strategic customers across their entire journey with a proven track record of success
- Value-led approach to selling, where you can quantify the business impact of technology investments
- You thrive at working in a fast-paced environment with minimal management or guidance
- You are a recognized leader among your peers, customers, and the industry(s) you support
- Deep marketing and AI industry expertise, including trends, use cases, competition, and personas
- Experience working with APIs, building custom POCs, and working with iPaas solutions (Workato is a plus)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills across various personas
- A foundational understanding of AI (LLMs, RAG, prompting) is a plus, including skills in crafting, optimizing, and iterating prompts for GenAI applications
What the job involves
- As a Strategic Solutions Engineer, you will partner with the Strategic Sales team to support the entire customer journey as the technical expert, contributing to the growth and expansion of Jasper’s largest customers
- In this role, you will deliver live product demonstrations and sales presentations, and lead clients through technology adoption for Jasper products
- You will represent Jasper at customer meetings (virtually and in-person) and be a key resource supporting our aggressive growth targets
- You will build relationships with key decision-makers and serve as a trusted advisor and point of contact for technical and non-technical related topics.
- This fully remote role reports to the Manager, Solutions Engineering and is open to candidates located anywhere in the continental US
- Partner with the Strategic Sales team to support the entire customer journey, including discoveries, demos, workshops, managing POCs, and uncovering expansion opportunities
- Represent Jasper at customer onsites, conferences, webinars, and industry events
- Support clients and teams through their AI journey and process change
- You will have a deep understanding of MarTech and can design and build end-to-end custom solutions leveraging APIs and automation tools
- Knowledge of Jasper’s architecture and security protocols, and how they pertain to industry regulations
- Align solutions with broader business goals and strategies, and simplify complex concepts into impactful solutions
- Facilitate workshops and consulting sessions to understand customer needs
- Confidently present to C-Suite stakeholders both in person and virtually
- Effectively communicate and partner with sales, engineering, marketing, and leadership teams at Jasper

Jasper allows enterprises to create written copy and content quickly for a range of purposes, from SEO rankings to ad conversions and social media posts across a growing list of languages.
While AI has been going mainstream across many industries, its use in creative content production, rather than content analysis, has largely been met with doubt. Jasper is attempting to up the standards with its writing assistant, which can generate original long or short form content based on a short brief.
With over 100,000 customers, Jasper is used by a number of high-profile companies such as Google, IBM, and Airbnb. While ChatGPT has been dominating the news space surrounding generative AI, it has significant limits resulting from overburdened servers and a long waitlist to use the product - whereas JasperAI provides faster results and is readily available. The company is well set to see further growth as it rides the rising popularity wave of generative AI.
