What the job involves

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our growing team
The primary focus of this role will be to identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through outbound lead generation activities
Conduct outbound prospecting activities (cold calling, cold emailing, social selling, etc.) to identify and qualify new business opportunities
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, and track all activities and interactions in our CRM system
Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns, and ensure seamless handoff of qualified opportunities
Represent UnitX at industry events and conferences, and be a brand ambassador for the company
Continuously improve your knowledge of the industry, our product, and the competitive landscape
