Workplace Experience and Events Specialist, Regard

• 3 years of experience in office coordination, people operations, events or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Comfortable taking initiative and solving small problems independently
• Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.)
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable flexing hours occasionally to support evening or weekend events

• We’re looking for a welcoming, detail-oriented, and people-focused Workplace Experience & Events Specialist to join our People Ops team in New York, reporting to our People Ops Manager. In this role, you’ll help keep our office running smoothly, ensure a positive day-to-day experience for our employees, and support company events and activities
• No two days will look the same, one day you might be restocking snacks and setting up meeting rooms, and the next you might be greeting a new hire or assisting with an office celebration
• Support office operations by coordinating daily lunch orders, snack restocks, and vendor deliveries
• Handle light facilities tasks such as taking out garbage, running small errands, and restocking supplies, ensuring the office is clean, and organized
• Greet and host visitors ensuring a warm and professional experience
• Serve as the point of contact for building maintenance requests and vendors
• Support the planning and execution of team events, celebrations, and offsites (setup, logistics, cleanup, etc.)
• Help coordinate birthdays, milestones, and other cultural touch-points virtually and in person
• Maintain the internal events calendar
• Support the onboarding process by preparing desks, welcome kits, and system setup and partner with People Ops to ensure new hires have everything they need in their first weeks
