Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst, Super

• 3-5 years of experience in an accounts receivable or corporate collections role
• Hands-on experience with major ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and billing platforms
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial concepts
• Demonstrated success in assisting with customer relationships and reducing days sales outstanding (DSO)
• Strong analytical skills in performing complex reconciliations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with all stakeholders

• We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. Accounts Receivable Analyst to join our Finance team and take ownership of key components of our receivables and billing processes
• In this role, you'll work closely with the Senior Accounting Manager to ensure accurate, timely invoicing, efficient collections, and clean, audit-ready financial records
• You’ll bring a solid understanding of accounting principles, AR best practices, and strong analytical and Excel skills to help manage a growing volume of transactions—especially in a high-growth, data-driven environment
• This is a hands-on role with direct impact on cash flow, financial reporting accuracy, and customer/vendor relationships

• Manage and execute the full accounts receivable cycle, from invoice generation to payment collection and application
• Maintain the AR aging report to identify and resolve overdue accounts and payment discrepancies proactively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to facilitate timely payments and resolve billing inquiries
• Perform regular complex reconciliations of the accounts receivable ledger to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial data
• Assist in the development and implementation of new AR policies and procedures to enhance efficiency as the company scales
• Support accounting projects such as implementation of billing/receivables platforms and financial statement audits
