• As an Associate IT Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our technology infrastructure and ensuring seamless operations across the organisation

• First line of support for the end user, both onsite at our operational areas and online for remote employees
• Responding to and diagnosing problems through discussions with users; Includes problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps
• Working with and using a ticket help desk system
• Managing user accounts, including creating new users, resetting passwords, and assigning permissions
• Escalating tickets to other team members
• Creating and maintaining clear documentation for IT processes, system setups, and user guides
• Participating in IT projects, such as system upgrades, new software rollouts, and office moves
• Working on physical infrastructure ( Network cabling, Office cable management, CCTV installations)
