Role
Who you are
- This position requires strong communication skills, persistence, and the ability to think strategically about demand generation and lead qualification
- The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and eager to contribute to a dynamic GTM team
- 4-7 years of experience in a SDR or BDR role (B2B or SaaS helpful, but not required)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workStrong self-motivation, with an ability to work autonomously
- Proven ability to participate in value based client conversations
- A track record of hitting or exceeding targets and working in a metric-driven sales organization
- Experience with sales tools (Salesforce, Gong and/or Salesloft experience is a plus)
What the job involves
- As a Sr. Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be on the front lines working to research, identify and pre-qualify prospects for our sales team
- This critical role helps drive demand and creates a steady pipeline of qualified leads by setting meetings for our Sales team. Working closely with both Marketing and Sales, you will work to continuously improve the lead generation process, increase market penetration and crush your goals
- Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding new potential sales outlets by utilizing LinkedIn, cold calling, and email
- Work closely with Marketing on inbound leads and execution of outbound ABX programs
- Respond to inbound interests and proactively reach out to targeted outbound prospects
- Set up meetings or calls between prospective customers and Account Executives
- Update and maintain CRM data for prospects, accounts and activities

RouteThis provides a WiFi connection management and analytics platform, allowing ISPs and IoT companies to visualize the status of their users' connections, diagnose issues remotely, and facilitate seamless and rapid customer service to ensure reconnection. The company claims that its connectivity solutions will help attract and retain customers, fuel revenue growth, reduce employee budgets through automation, and grow market share.
Whilst remote customer service for WiFi and other networking services already exists, RouteThis stands out with its data-driven approach, augmenting the diagnoses process and identifying the source of technical problems quickly and effectively. Through this approach, the company aims to speed up migration to IoT connections by making it easier for companies to provide excellent technical support.
