Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management role
- Experience working in sports, entertainment, or a related industry
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage relationships with key stakeholders at existing accounts
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a consultative approach to identifying client needs and offering tailored solutions
- Highly organized with strong time management skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tracking platforms
- Knowledge of SaaS solutions and enterprise software products is highly preferred
- Understanding of the sports and entertainment industry is a strong plus
What the job involves
- As a Business Development Director (Client Growth) at Two Circles, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding relationships with existing clients through strategic upselling and cross-selling of our technology and consulting services
- This role will involve close collaboration with our Client Consultants and Solutions team to ensure clients are maximizing the value of our services
- You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities within existing accounts, helping to solve complex business challenges, and driving growth in a fast-paced and dynamic industry
- Actively engage with existing clients to uncover new opportunities for technology and consulting services that drive value and meet their evolving needs
- Work in close partnership with the Client Consultants to understand objectives, pain points, and expansion opportunities for our clients
- Partner with the Solutions team to craft tailored proposals, showcasing how our services can address clients’ specific business needs
- Collaborate with Client Consultants to build strong, long-term relationships and ensure a seamless client experience
- Work with Solutions Engineers and Consultants to deliver customized recommendations and comprehensive proposals to clients
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure client requirements are understood and effectively addressed
- Focus on building trust and providing ongoing value to clients by recommending new solutions and services
- Regularly review client accounts and feedback with Client Consultants to identify areas for further growth
- Ensure clients are maximizing their investment by demonstrating the full capabilities of our technology and services

Two Circles is a digital sports marketing agency that develops and executes marketing strategies for sports-based companies, supplying the means to maximise sponsorship rights fees, increase commercial performance, engage the right audiences, and use data to inform future strategy.
As well as delivering front-running marketing tech and services for the sports industry, the company also dedicates itself to improving diversity and inclusion in sports, including its "Diversity in Sports" mentoring program that aims to accelerate the growth of under-represented talent across the industry.
Two Circles works with more than 300 sports rights holders including the likes of the NFL, UEFA, F1, and the ICC as well as $1bn sponsorship revenues. A series of acquisitions have contributed to the expansion of the business - for example, that of Australia-based digital specialist Codeware, which came alongside the opening of a Melbourne office, has enabled it to grow its presence in the Oceania region and bolster its tech offering
