Role
Who you are
- Relevant work experience in QA Engineer, Tester, or Software Engineer roles
- Good knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
- Experience working with test documentation, including test cases, test plans, test scenarios, and bug reports
- Experience in automation and manual testing for APIs and Web Applications
- Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
- Experience with source control tools like GIT
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills; written and spoken
Desirable
- Experience working as part of an Agile Software Development team
- Experience testing microservices and cloud applications
- Cross-browser and cross-device testing experience
- A foundational understanding of SQL and databases
- Experience with performance and security testing
- Knowledge of contract testing
- Experience working with containerized solutions (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker)
- Experience with xRay Test Management
- Experience in building automated test frameworks from scratch
What the job involves
- As a quality assurance engineer you will be a part of a cross-functional and an agile team of 5-7 people, where you will:
- Test new features and provide feedback to the product/engineering team
- Write and maintain efficient, thorough automated test cases
- Identify quality issues and create test reports
- Work with cutting-edge testing technologies and methodologies on a microservice based architecture
