• You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing our Growth Strategy, alongside our Head of Growth
• You’ll spearhead our growth execution through paid social and search - making a real impact on our results
• With our deep data, market and competitor insights at your fingertips, your research-driven briefs will drive our strategy forward
• You’ll turn your briefs into high-performing ads, adding that creative flair to make sure they grab attention and stand out from the competition
• Team work makes the dream work. Alongside our Head of Growth, you’ll play a key role in developing our brand, CRO, PR, referral and revenue work-streams to drive growth
• Meeting rituals: regular catch-ups with your manager to support your growth and development, monthly “all-hands” meetings with the whole company, plus a summer and winter social
