Who you are

5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales within fintech, payments, or digital banking
Strong track record of exceeding revenue targets and managing complex, high-value deals
Previous leadership experience building and scaling sales teams in the German market
Deep understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales operations
Comfortable engaging directly with senior stakeholders and navigating long-cycle sales
Native or fluent in German (C1 or higher) and English

What the job involves

As we strengthen our presence in the DACH region, we’re hiring a Head of Sales – Germany to lead our growth efforts, build a high-performing team, and expand our presence in the German SME market
Take ownership of Vivid’s sales growth in the German market, building a clear market strategy tailored to local SME needs
Lead a small but ambitious sales team, with responsibility for hiring, training, and scaling the team as revenue grows
Manage the entire sales process end-to-end from lead generation and qualification to deal closing and account handover
Launch and manage localized, multi-channel campaigns in partnership with marketing and product to build brand awareness and generate leads
Work directly with senior decision-makers (including C-suite execs) at client organizations to close high-value deals
Use a data-driven approach to continuously improve conversion rates, sales cycle efficiency, and retention

Leading the charge in Europe is German startup Vivid Money. Its platform allows users to send, receive, spend, invest and save money in different ways.
