Who you are

This role requires strong communication skills, a sharp understanding of modern tech stacks, and an ability to bridge business needs with technical execution
Proven experience in solution architecture, technical leadership, or senior engineering roles
Prior hands-on engineering experience is a must, with demonstrated ability to contribute to codebases and solve complex technical challenges
Strong understanding of modern software architectures (e.g., microservices, APIs, serverless)
Experience with one or more cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong working knowledge of web and mobile technologies, RESTful APIs, and front-end/back-end development patterns

Desirable

Experience with platforms like Braze, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Contentful, or Sitecore
Experience across technology domains including CMS, CRM, Martech platforms, data pipelines, analytics, and cloud services
Exposure to CDPs (e.g., Bloomreach, Segment, BlueConic, Tealium) and data integration pipelines
Understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and basic analytics or BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
Experience in the sports, entertainment, or fan engagement domain is a strong plus
