Who you are

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in the following technologies:
UI libraries: HTML/CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular, Node.js
Backend: ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core, C#, .NET Framework
RESTful Web Services
Databases: Oracle / SQL Server (preferred but not mandatory)
CI/CD tools and environments: GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, Docker
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment

What the job involves

This role of Technical Lead is within the LSEG Wealth, Investment Management and Investment Banking Technology group
The group is responsible for the development of the technology platforms supporting key products in area of Wealth management, Portfolio Management and various Company deals across Banking industry
Responsible for the analysis, definition, design, construction, testing, installation, modification, and maintenance of properly engineered information systems, containing software as the major component to meet agreed business needs
Lead the team through all phases of project implementation, including functional requirements, technical design, development, unit testing, and user acceptance testing
Responsible for the development and delivery of software within a highly scalable, distributed, multi-tiered environment
Collaborate with team members using agile methodologies to define requirements, acceptance criteria, and design solutions
Contribute to and promote best practices in development, including code reviews, quality standards, and industry guidelines
Write reusable, modular, and high-performing code

It operates as a part of LSEG (London Stock Exchange Group), one of the world’s leading providers of financial markets infrastructure, as a marketplace to enable stock brokers and traders to buy and sell stocks, bonds, and other securities.
