Role
Who you are
- We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist / People Operations Specialist to join our team and support our rapidly growing organization
- This is a high-impact role for someone excited to build strong people practices in a scaling environment
What the job involves
- You’ll report to our Head of Finance and Strategy and partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to execute, manage, and continuously improve critical HR and People Ops processes
- You’ll play a vital part in supporting day-to-day HR functions, enhancing employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the success of strategic initiatives
- Own end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring every new hire feels welcomed, equipped, and set up for success from day one
- Support employee engagement through internal communications, milestone celebrations, and culture initiatives
- Maintain HRIS (ADP, OysterHR) and support payroll operations
- Track and maintain compliance documentation; support filings and reporting for state and federal requirements
- Coordinate the performance review cycle and related documentation
- Build and improve processes and SOPs across all People Ops functions—bringing a continuous improvement mindset to everything you touch
- Administer our ATS (Greenhouse), post and maintain job listings, and manage candidate pipelines in collaboration with our recruiters and hiring managers
