Who you are
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on Human Resource generalist, talent management, employee development, or organizational development. Proven leadership experience in a senior HR role
- Strong knowledge of talent management best practices, including succession planning, and employee development
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and drive change in a fast-paced environment

What the job involves
- The Senior Director, Talent Management is responsible for developing and executing strategies to attract, develop, engage, and retain talent within the organization
- This leader will manage learning and development, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
- The Senior Director, Talent Management works closely with other senior leaders to align talent strategies with the overall business goals and to foster a culture of continuous learning and development
- Develop and implement a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with the organization’s business objectives
- Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and drive workforce planning initiatives
- Design and lead training and development programs to foster employee growth and career development
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as needed to ensure continuous improvement
- Oversee the performance management system to ensure clear communication of expectations, regular feedback, and employee development
- Work with People Partners and managers to identify high-potential employees and provide development opportunities
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that improve organizational culture and employee satisfaction
- Analyze employee engagement surveys and metrics, making recommendations for improving retention and engagement
- Promote diversity and inclusion within the workforce, ensuring that the organization attracts and develops talent from diverse backgrounds
- Partner with HR and business leaders to create and sustain an inclusive workplace culture
- Monitor and analyze key talent metrics, including turnover rates, employee engagement, and performance trends
- Report regularly to the executive team on talent management outcomes and trends, and use data to inform decision-making

Video has been an invaluable marketing tool for businesses since the beginning of TV advertisement, but modern technology has dramatically changed how such content is consumed. On-demand omnichannel streaming services and CTV has provided unique opportunities for advertisers to develop their audience engagement strategies, but without the appropriate technology platform, this can be difficult to navigate.
Nexxen provides an end-to-end self-service CTV & video marketing platform, helping to provide businesses with the appropriate engagement tools to future-proof their video marketing. The platform includes AI-driven analytic tools based on audience data, marketplaces for the self-serving of media for campaigns, in addition to analytic tools to assess the success of campaigns in real-time.
Whilst several other start-ups provide either video engagement tools or self-serve video marketing marketplaces, Nexxen has taken the smart angle of combining both into a single platform, whilst specializing in futureproofing companies for the rise in CTV engagement demands. The company aims to save clients money, time, and operational complexity by unifying where they operate their video advertisement campaigns into a single platform.
