What the job involves
- Our business is on the fast track to success and we're on the lookout for a seasoned Executive Assistant to support our Chief Product & Technology Officer and his leadership team
- We're seeking a self-starter who takes the initiative to ensure smooth operations in the Chief Product & Technology's office
- Ensure the CPTO is well-prepared with agenda & materials for meetings
- Partner closely with executives to help them manage their time efficiently
- Manage routine executive communications internally and externally and ensure that follow-ups happen in a timely manner
- Own administrative duties including calendar and schedule, travel itineraries, reservations, and expenses for the CPTO and his leadership team
- Own special projects for the technology organization and partner directly with executives
- Find opportunities to take workstreams off the executive’s plate and remove bottlenecks
- Oversee meeting schedules for key events and onsites
- Collaborate with EA teams internally and externally on meetings, event coordination, and special projects
- Uphold Tubi’s reputation by managing high-stakes relationships and communications with C-Suite executives and high-level talent
- Support day-to-day operations of the office space including conference room and desk assignments, supplies, and shared equipment
- Enhance productivity across the team through intelligent management and design
