Role
Who you are
- At least 3 years sales experience. Aviation Software industry experience would be an advantage or other related SaaS sales experience
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation, including ELT level
- Solid experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- The ability to use AI to maximize efficiency and provide account management at scale
- The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer success, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to account management
What the job involves
- TrustFlight is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven SDR to join our expanding team
- As an SDR, you will play a crucial role in the growth and successes of our company by identifying and engaging with potential customers, generating leads, and developing relationships to ultimately drive sales revenue
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system
- Provide regular reports on lead generation and conversion metrics
- Achieve assigned targets for sales objectives
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target accounts
- Utilize various tools and techniques to source new leads
- Create and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads
- Initiate contact with prospects through phone calls, emails, and social media
- Schedule and coordinate sales demos and assist in providing product demonstrations for the sales team
- Provide regular updates and reporting to senior management
